Japanese Sea 05:20
Sometime, one night. So cold, on board. Wood planks, ship creaks. Stars out, no shore. A beacon, so far away. Tick tock top. Bobbing up down underside. Davy, ice up my spine. Shifting black form. Ghost of the moor. Spirit of sea, thousand one league. Compass, upside down Clanging, a violent sound Breathing, don't move. Little, too soon. By demon eyes and Davy Jones, set the drogue, set the drogue. Hold on, capsize. Water, ice up my spine. Keep your eyes away from their eyes. Black water in a cold black sky round yellow eyes. (don't look in their eyes) Moving things by my legs, Touching, pulling me down.

One stick, (a-ah) One stone, (a-ah) Riding up and riding alone. Waiting up in his window. Two bugs, (a-ah) Two dogs, (a-ah) Riding down the elbow oh no. Waiting up in his window. Hey! Hey you! Get down, or I'll go without you. Green bird, (a-ah) Green snow, (a-ah) Climbing up and Climbing below. Watch them hatch, and watch them grow. Yellow hat, (a-ah) Yellow boots, (a-ah) Stomp and splash and whistle a tune, Dig a pit and pull up roots. The sky is waking up, (wake up my friend) and I can be your friend.

Another sunny day, put the paper down, watch the clouds all burn away. Is the clock alright? I forgot the sound. Lay beside the sunlight. Couldn't sleep all night, but I found the batteries. Calling out into the dark. Jenna Morgan's back, in the infirmary. Sneaking out to alligator park. All around come out dark stormy clouds. Summer rain and august pain, come thundering down. Another filing clerk, never liked him much. The way he talked to you. But it's not like I talk, just wishing for your touch. Between us two is a spider in our room. Another rainy night, in the car with you. I'm just glad I don't have to drive. I just feel so cold, in my soggy shoes. Where's your proof that I'm alive? I can prove that hydrogen is hidden inside oxygen. and I can prove that animals were roaming with these bone fragments. I can read you constitutions criticized by Lysander Spooner. I can show you aberrations on the lunar surface.

You Are Mine 03:36
Place black lines. Strokes, to define the side. Just graphite. Prayers, to bring it to life. You are my golden, you are my golden star, My creation. There you are. Open eyes. Smile, smile and say you're mine. You are my golden, you are my golden star, The exfoliation, Of my heart.

Why cry when I'm alive? First day of jungle school. Feed me some honeydew, don't break the fucking rules. Oh, Oh, I can't understand, I can't understand why I'm filling it up again. Oh, Oh, I can't comprehend, I can't acquiesce without spilling the mandolin. You led the regiment, you killed a million men. You are a murderer, dismiss your shiny pin. Oh, Oh, I can't understand, I can't understand why I'm filling it up again. Oh, Oh, I can't comprehend, I can't live let live without skinning the tamarin. I knocked down the aquarium, beat me with wooden spoons. Tell all the girls I'm cute, please don't enjoy the view. I don't understand, Oh what have you done to me, Filled me with ugly-ness I can't understand. I don't understand, I don't understand, I don't understand, what I've done.

Monkey Grass 02:39
I was walking in the jungle deep, with my hands and with my feet. Then I met a monkey in the leaves, looked me up and down, and this is what he said to me. Hey you, I'm like you, everything you do I do like you, do it how you do. Like me, you do things sort of just like me, you see, you're like me. I was swimming by the coral coves, down below, under the boats. Then I met a fish with poison fins, killed a hundred men, and this is what they said to me. I was flying through the winter sky, up above, and up so high. Then I met a bird who lived on scraps, pulled apart a rat, and this is what she said to me.

Fifel 03:07
So, It's creeping up in my head. Oh, It's making me think again, I, am turning around in my bed. Something to question my intellect, something to judge and scorn, and I, am turning around in my bed. My little house, it's down the road. My little house, under the snow. My little house, where I can dream, and see the demons while they sing. Oh, It's nesting up in my head, So, It's crawling the walls again, I, am twisting to what I have said. Tied myself to what I can't control, everyday's the same. and I, am shrinking inside my own brain. where's the newton make an isotope arrange the slope to match the maker eyes are taken out of dreaming of steaming metal and gold found under brambles and mold. archaic elephantiasis languages foreign and mourning turning oranges born again something in burning corpses worth more than them.

God bless this wonderful winter morning. Breathe in, that comforting scent of apple cider air. I'll try and make the time, (ah-ah-ah) I got lost round the wind, (ah-ah-ah) Stars that are softly twinkling, are in the eyes I'm reading. God bless one hell of a winter morning. Gettin' mad, cuz cleaning the buckets turn your fingers blue. So smile on your own, (ah-ah-ah) And get lost in the zone, (ah-ah-ah) God bless this wonderful winter morning. Let's go, and take a walk into town to grab some food. We'll throw snow at some dude, (ah-ah-ah) And plan nighttime rendezvous, (ah-ah-ah) Stars that are softly twinkling, are in your eyes, in your face, you hold me tight.

Red Leaves 03:31
Floating specks of dust and seed, Wiley. In a small clearing, a tree leaning. Red and green I wonder what's next, I guess. Little man is here, he knows you're there. Time to fall into locks of iron, end to any shore. Deep in woods lay crumbling stones I know. Dripping wet red leaves, you know he sees. Behind the door he's singing his song, All wrong. And his mind is limp, from all the incense. Time to fall into claws of iron, blood is on the floor. Shifting plains of spicket and wheat, Siamese. Sailing ol' foxtail, under Oliver Whale. So when you see the red leaves, don't you try to run. They'll open up their eyes, and turn you into one. (If you see me in the moonlight, say a little prayer.) (You'll be gone before the sun can sparkle in your hair.)

The Ocean 03:40
Green bonnet on the starlight shore, down the road from home. It seems such a magic place, when it rains and pours.

Be With Him 01:30
Just be with him Just be with him You don't have to try to fix it, you don't have to make him feel better. Just be with her Just be with her You didn't cause her feelings, look past her words and see the please behind. You don't have to lay out advice, or tell em to look on the bright side, but could you please see the life, beating up out of the inside.

Some eyeing, enticing up into my aimless restraint. Dark heating, inside the crowd I'm free to be them, and My secret, my window into kindly smiling, soft touch. Next to me, she passes, if I had no weakness, I would.

I'm a ghost, and you're my friend, I love you. Come play in my wooden ballroom. I'm so cold, and you are too, Move in close. It's warm in my wooden ballroom. You're so scared of those out there, I am too. Let's hide in my wooden ballroom. la-la-la

I Miss You 03:06
You took a trip, a year ago. Two weeks in Germany, plane ride into Borneo. Time has crawled through the rain. Since you're away from me taking pictures of rhinoceri. I miss you, and I've been waitin' a while. Collecting stamps from Katmandu. I miss you, and I've been dreaming of when you'll say, you're coming home. I watch our tapes, and hear your laugh. Reread the old postcards, and patches on your backpack. White mountain days, I spent with you. Sitting under bristlecone, and dreaming of the mushroom.

Folded clothes, and smiling. I cleaned my bed, and now I'm lying, Looking through a raindrop, It's pouring down the big top. In a store in east Asia, a philosophic guy, he's wearing tie-dye. All of them are sleeping. You can think while you drive, and count the brakelights.

Out in a sea of endless gravity, and I'll see what I see, if I turn my eyes around. Yeah, I guess I'm on a place in my mind, on a shore, on the waves, and it's time to climb aboard. Surfs up! Surf rock galaxy. Activate the boosters and we'll take off. Surfs up! Surf rock galaxy. Come on down. Light in the eyes, of a sentimental mind, drawing lines, sending waves, bending out in empty space. Yeah, I guess I'm on a plane on a line, on the shores, of my mind, and it's time to climb aboard.

Corkscrew 02:23
"Stop." That's what I'd plead and scream, If I could just move. Jumping off of a cliff, looks easy to you. Well, I don't know if I can dream, I don't know if I can be here. Glass, held inside my hands, gentle soft and warm. Given to someone else, broken dark and cold. Stay, sort yourself away, don't knock on the door. Tuck the pattern inside, the shadows on the floor.

The Wolfman 05:53
On a chilly morning that reminded me of the 70s, in the bathroom I looked at my hair, the way it fell, and moved so tenderly, that charming lazy stare. Bucket of bones that keep me up, Daddy says its fine, everything just dies. I'm not a chicken so don't melt me down, I'll show you after school, I've got all these tools. And alcohol, in my house, deep down under ground. I breathe in the dirt, my body down low, and wait for him to walk by, I hold my old bat tight. Bodies that I can't refrain from thinking of holding you down in the dark, touching your lips to mine in my mind, cold hands intertwine. Spendin' each day, just trying to get by. The Wolfman is here, he's right by my side. I met him out on the road, June 18th, Ohio. We listened to rock and roll, he was 19 years old. I hit him over the head, and put my face to his chest. I poured him down the drain, ground up and scattered what was left.
